About Team Donovan

Team Donovan specialises in the sale of investment properties for short term or long term rental such as villas, vacation homes, and second homes. We serve Central Florida including Orlando, Celebration, Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, Davenport, Haines City, Clermont, Four Corners, and the Metro Disney area.

Working mainly with International buyers, we are able to serve a wide range of vacation and investment property needs. Because of our active participation in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), we can assist potential buyers purchase any property, regardless of who the home is listed with. Our professional services are offered at no cost to the Buyer as we are compensated by the Seller's Broker. As an international or out of state buyer, our customers obviously need someone with extensive local knowledge of, and experience in this specialised market; someone they can trust to handle a transaction when they are often located thousands of miles away.

While some of us are originally British, and some are 'home grown' Americans, we all live in Florida full time on a permanent basis, and as such understand the needs and concerns of the absentee owner. This is all we do, full-time, every day of the week. We aim to get the job done, with great attention paid to detail. Our business philosophy is about building long-term relationships on the  basis of good old-fashioned, down to earth personal service.

We are Organized Differently:

In traditional US brokerages, each agent is an independent contractor, They have no salary, and subsist on commissions only agents will compete among themselves, and with other brokers’ agents for business. Each agent has to wear many hats: Marketing, Administration, Finance, Training, etc., Each agent is in charge of their own education and expenses. In contrast, Team Donovan agents and employees are all on the same team.

We have no ties financial or otherwise to any other organisations and specialise in selling homes only. While we are on that subject for clarrification perhaps we can spell out what we dont do:
