We serve Central Florida including Orlando, Celebration, Lake Buena Vista, Windermere, Kissimmee, Davenport, Haines City, Clermont, Four Corners, and the Metro Disney area.

The main focus of our day to day activities is working with absentee owners, buyers and sellers. Our longstanding active participation in the Florida Multi Listing System enables us to assist potential investors and owners to purchase any home currently listed for sale irrespective of which Broker has the home actively listed. Potential absentee owners seeking reliable, detailed and unrivaled local knowledge can look no further than Team Donovan to provide such specialised expertise in what is to many clients an often unfamiliar geographical marketplace.

Our knowledgeable Team members comprise both European and "born and bred" American associates fully familiar with local custom's on all sides of the ‘Pond’ which is an essential pre-requisite for us to be able to communicate detailed local purchase information to prospective buyers in an easily understood, simplified and explainable fashion. Remember that here at Team Donovan this is all we do, full-time, every day of the week.
